This little gem is from a kid who we haven't heard from in a little while, T. Ryan. Awesome sample, and some great flow. Love where he is going with his sound. Enjoy.
A brand new track, from the musical movement known simply as, Radical Something. As summer comes to a close, Loggy, Josh and Big Red give us another great summer track. No other explainations are needed really. You know them, and you know your going to get great music, so enjoy it.
Sucka Free CJ should not be an unknown name to you. He has been here on HotLeaks many times before. If wasn't with his own amazing track, he would be featured on a great song with Olu (which is who I heard of him from). I really think Sucka Free CJ is extremely under-rated in the blogging world. His rapping is so smooth, his beats are always so mellow and catchy, and overall, he's just been such a consistently great artist. Here we have his latest mixtape (which I had no idea was even in the works) titled Trill Life. I'm really not surprised by this, but there is not one song on here that I don't like. Here are a couple of my favs. Enjoy.
This track is amazing. Like I am honestly blown away. A friend of HotLeaks, QK, posted this joint yesterday, and I'll tell you what, it has been on repeat since then. Some AMAZING vocals from Zach Majors, great flow as always from Quincy, and Billy Van absolutely kills the production. Seriously, you need to listen to this, because I know you will enjoy it.
Cato actually sent me an advanced copy of this one since HotLeaks is a sponser of sorts on this one, and I have been sitting since then, waiting anxiously to release it to you guys. The Nite Owl Mixtape is pretty sick. In case you've been sleeping, Cato is a great emerging artist out of Minneapolis. This is his debut mixtape, and it is riddled with dope remixes, as well as some great original tracks. Ever since I first heard of Cato back in May, I knew he had a little something. That little something that sets him apart from the rest of the pack, and if you visit HotLeaks enough, you know I love that. I'm really not going to try and hype this one up, because I really think it can speak for itself. Enjoy a couple of my favs, then cop the whole tape.
End Of The Night - Cato ft. Elle
An upbeat track, with a wicked hook.
All I Do Is Win Remix - Cato
Some real quick, and smooth flow over DJ Khaled's beat.
Take Em Down - Cato
I know I already posted this track because Cato released it as a leak, but I'm pretty sure it's my favorite track on The Nite Owl Mixtape.
This is dope. Still hot from his release of Royal Flush 2 back in June, CyHi drops the first leak off his upcoming mixtape, Jack Of All Trades, where he freestyles of a classic Jay-Z beat. At first, I didn't think he could handle the beat, but it turned out that CyHi actually killed it. Dope track, and it's really got me excited for Jack Of All Trades. Enjoy.
Some hot new Cuey. No real explaination needed on this one, other than the sick beat was produced by the great Justin W. Another sick drop off Can't Wait, which I'm extremely pumped for. Enjoy.
FiO Baby is back with another drop off his upcoming project, A Lucid Dream. This one is an appology from FiO for being absent over the last few months, as well as what he's been up to. Enjoy the new track.
I'll admit to your guys, I'm not the biggest fan of the track (it is growing on me though), but this video is possibly one of the best videos I have seen in a long time. I was/am absolutley blown away. You need to watch this one. Unreal.

HotLeaks has always been a supporter of SonReal, and after this joint, nothing has changed. This is some AMAZING flow from him. I was actually blown away by the lyrical skill on this one. Not that I didn't think that SonReal had skill already, but it was just the fact that he executed it so well. Halle Berry is a lyrical attack to the senses. Anyway, enjoy the new joint from SonReal.
Perfect track for you to bunker-down to. I actually got sent this one a few days back, and since I am so behind because of my lack of computer, I am just getting around to listening to it now. Awesome track from a fresh face to HotLeaks. Tarik is a dope new artist out of Brooklyn. His lyrical ability is mint, and I am pretty sure i'm addicted to the hook on this one. Plus, he's got the great Jon Kilmer putting together the visuals, so you can't go wrong there. Right now, I don't have an MP3 for this, so you'll have to wait. Enjoy.
Some brand new stuff from the guys in Ground Up. It's been a while since we've heard from them, but now they are back, and they grab some help from another great artist, Aziz. Great track, and it really keeps on with Ground Up's signature sound. Enjoy.
New track from the boys in I.O.U. Fresh off their recent release of Breaking Our Mind Barriers (also known as B.O.M.Bs), the guy decided to drop a brand new track. This one is a little different than their previous tracks, but it's still sick. Enjoy it.
A friend of mine showed this to me a couple days ago, and I was absolutly blown away. This girl can spit. She kicks the shit out of those girls everyone is crazy about right now, Kreayshawn and V Nasty . Now you can hate on me for saying that, but it's a fact. Snow Tha Product has got skill. Just check out this quick video and I can guarentee you will agree with me. Enjoy.
Just a couple days after Mac Miller's official first single drops, the always great PJ Simas gives us a great cover of it. Not much explaination needed really. PJ gives the track some fresh vocals, as well as some great guitar and piano melodies. Enjoy it, becauseI know I did.
Some hot new Stud for you. This one is in "celebration" of going back to school. I say celebration loosely, because honestly, how much do you celebrate going back? Well I guess you could because your seeing friends again, but really, summer is where it's at, so I refuse to acknowledge that it's ending. So there. Grab the track below.
I love these guys, and I love what they are doing. Radical Something really is a musical movement. With Josh Cocktail's smooth vocals, Loggy's great flow (plus his guitar playing), and DJ Big Red's ability to put together tracks, you really have a great mix. This time, Radical Something put out a great new acoustic jam session, filmed as they go down a river in a boat. Enjoy.
Fresh off their mixtape release What Model Are You?, Kinetics & One Love drop some wicked visuals for one of their tracks. Halley's Comet 2.0 was shot entirely on the great wall of china, which is pretty sick. Anyway, enjoy the visuals, then if you havent, grab What Model Are You?
So good. I am always impressed by Kinetics flow and One Love's great production. I don't remember if I have said this before, but I like to credit these guys with getting me into this whole hip hop scene. Way back when, I spotted their track Sign Language on FOC and I was hooked right away. I went and downloaded every track that they had put together up to that point, and I listened to them non stop for weeks on end. They are the kind of artists, that whenever I have my ipod on shuffle and one of their tracks comes on, no matter my mood, I want to listen to because of their skill and storytelling abilities. Anyway, this tape is wicked. Not one track that I don't enjoy, and thats saying something. Check out a few of my favorites, then grab the whole What Model Are You? mixtape.
Butterfly Effect - Kinetics & One Love
NLS - Kinetics & One Love ft. G-Curtis
The Joker - Kinetics & One Love ft. Chris Webby
Rings Of Saturn (Jupiter Ace Remix) - Kinetics & One Love
I'll admit, I'm blown away. This is the first official single off Mac Miller's upcoming album, Blue Slide Park, is actually dope. On Mac's #Road2AMillionFans, he continually released track in celebration of milestone, and to be honest, I was less than impressed. I thought Mac was on his way up, so he started getting lazy. That's clearly not the case after hearing this one. Enjoy it.
I had no idea that this was coming, but to be honest, I think that makes it that much better. Moosh & Twist dropped this dope little mixtape on the 18th, and I didn't get my hands on it until today. The Welcome Mat is pretty dope, it really shows off how skilled Moosh & Twist both are. I really believe these kids are on their way to the top, so watch out. Enjoy a couple of my favs, then download all of them below.
e-dub is easily one of my favorite artists these days. He's always so real with his lyrics, his flow is always so perfect, and his tracks are always extremely well put together. I personally believe e-dubble should be huge right now, because you really won't find anyone else who is as real, and is so skillful. Anyway, I'm rambling about him, so just take a listen to the great new track. Enjoy.
Collin always impresses me. His voice and his sound truly is magical, and this new cover really showcases that. If you have been under a rock for that last little while, you really need to get familiar with Collin, because I can really see him starting to go places. Anyway, amazing track, from an equally amazing artist. Plus the video was shot and edited by the ever talented Jon Kilmer. Enjoy.
Cuey drops some wicked visuals for his latest track, Feel Tall. I'm pretty sure that this may be my favorite video in a long time. I love OnCue's literal representation of his lyrics. This one will also have a spot on MTVu, which is UNREAL. My man Cuey will finally be getting the popularity he deserves. Watch out.
The second I saw that^ on twitter, I knew someone would eventually put out a track like this one. Spotted it over on PnP earlier today, and had to download it. In case you've been sleeping, on the track Niggas In Paris, off Watch The Throne, 'Ye chants "That shit cray" on the hook. After the album dropped, Kreayshawn tweeted what you see above, and then, well, here you go. Enjoy.
We've been waiting for this track for a while now. YP was going to drop this one when he reached 3700 fans on facebook, and he just finally reached that goal. Roll With Me is his first single off his upcoming mixtape, Beautiful Things, which he plans on releasing when he reaches 4000 fans. This track has some serious potential to be a big hit, because its got a wicked hook and beat (both from Yala), partnered with YP's amazing flow. I feel like this one might push him to a whole new fan base. Anyway, enjoy the new track, and then tell your friends, because we want Beautiful Things from Beau Young Prince.
This gem is from Crystal Seth. In case you don't recognize the name, I posted a track of his back in June, Man On The Moon, that got great reviews. Since then, I haven't heard much (if anything) from this kid, until now. A couple days ago, he dropped a video for his track, Yesterday's Youth, off his mixtape Self Portrait. I love visuals, especially when they are for a great track. Keep your eyes open for more Crystal Seth to come, because this kid has got some serious skill. Enjoy.
A treat for you, Crystal Seth's whole Self Portrait mixtape for you to check out:
Another edition of Timeflies Tuesday. Once again, I'm a day late, but it's fine, great music is still great whenever you hear it. As always, Rob puts together an amazing beat/mix and Cal kills the rhymes. Awesome track/video, but really, all this did was make me even more anxious for The Scotch Tape. FYI, I love the opening to this one, "Say Ah; the last words Cal heard with his tonsils". Enjoy.
So good. I knew Macklemore and Ryan Lewis were working on something new, but I really didn't expect a song of this caliber. Can't Hold Us is an amazing track. Not that I didn't expect a great song, I just didn't expect it to be THIS good. Ryan Lewis put together a track that is so catchy, so feel good, and really is larger than life. Macklemore's flow is slightly different on this one, but it really is unreal. The guys also grab Ray Dalton for a wicked hook. Amazing track, so check it out.
Take a listen below, and download from iTunes to support great artists:
It's been a loooooooong wait for this one, but it was so worth it. Kam once again takes an amazing beat, and flexes all over it. I feel like I say this a lot, but I'm pretty sure Kam Royal has some of the best lyrical ability in the game right now. His cadence is sick, his flow is fluid, and his rhymes are mint. He really is a great artist. Anyway, I'm gushing a little bit, so i'll just let the track speak for itself. Enjoy it, because I know I did.
The Myth Man finally drops his highly anticipated album, Day Of The Deadbeats, and it delivers. Solid tape, that I think will help Julius Myth start to break into mainstream. In case you don't know him yet, Julius Myth is a great artist out of Westchester, NY. Day Of The Deadbeats is actually a combination of two his LP's, Haze & Apple Juice as well as Dead Poets Society, each of which shows a different side of The Myth Man. One is light hearted, and the other is deep and thoughtful. Sick album overall, so as always, a couple of my favs.
Wow. That is all I have to stay. Maybe all the hype that Game is talking about his upcoming release, The R.E.D. Album, is true. He grabs Weezy, and head man of OFWGKTA, Tyler, The Creator, and puts together a pretty dope track. I feel tough as hell listening to it. Check it out.
Some hot new Erik Paul. Once again, he jumps on a beat mixed by the always dope J Farell. These guys make great tracks together. Fact. Anyways, I really don't have much to say this time, because the track will speak for itself. Enjoy.
It's been a while since we've heard anything from FlyRydaz, but they are back with a brand new single from their upcoming mixtape, Massive Music. Classic FlyRydaz feel. Wicked catchy beat, feel good party lyrics, and some good flow. Real enjoyable to listen to. Check it out.
Some hot fire from a great friend of HotLeaks, D. Riley. Pleh!, in case you have been sleeping (like I was), is a colabo project that D. Riley and some friends have been working on over the last little while. From the sounds of this track, I'm pumped to hear more from them. Enjoy the YouTube stream for now, because I'm still working on getting my hands on an MP3. Enjoy.
I'm a little late, seeing as this one was released Monday, but late is better than never. We first heard from the duo of K. Marable + B.Palma (also known as Over 21) back when they hit me with their track, All Alone. It was a dope track, from some artist who I had never heard of. After that, I've been waiting for the release of this EP. It lives up to my expectations. Over 21 has a real diverse sound on The Morning After, ranging from baby making tracks with a T-Pain-ish hooks, to head bobbing, smooth spitting tracks. Overall, pretty sick, so here's a couple of my favs, as always. Enjoy.
Cole's first single gets some great visuals. I'm a little late to the party on this one, but I figured I would wait until it officially premiered on 106th and Park earlier tonight. A rough version did circulate a few days ago (which is when I first saw it), but the official got completely revamped, and I figured I would give my respect to J. Cole by waiting. Anyway, enjoy.
This is exactly how I imagined the video for this track. Care free, on a beach, and just having a good time. Radical Something really is a musical movement, so get on board. In case you have been living under a rock this summer, download the track below.
So Ill. I have realized that I have seriously been lacking on my posting about Kixxie Siete. The last track I posted was way back in Janurary, with Future Of Music, so I am sorry for that one, because Kixxie has been on his grind. In case you don't know him, Kixxie Siete AKA Young Kixx is a wicked artist out of Hawthorne, CA. He's got a great flow, and amazing story telling abilities. Seriously, get familiar. This one is his first single off his upcoming EP, VII, dropping in the fall. Great track with a dope video to go along with it. Enjoy.
I'm a bit late on this one, but whatever, music is music. Fresh drop from Weezy. This version (which is better in my opinion) was supposedly the original version, but Wayne dropped another offical version. No Ross, and only about 4 minutes. I understand why, because a 6 minute song can't really have any radio play, but still, Ross's verse fits in perfectly in my opinion. Anyway, enjoy the unofficial version.
Dylan Owen is back again, and once again, he puts together an amazing track that truly tells a story. Paperback Novels is a lyrical wonder, and is going to be on Devin Arne's upcoming album. Love the new track, so check it out and enjoy it.
So good. I really am so consistently impressed with Trey Palms. I like to think I've been a fan since the beginning, but really, I've loved his sound since I heard his While You Were Sleeping mixtape. If you don't know Trey Palms yet, you should know him, because he's going to blow up soon. Just listen to the track, and I guarantee that you'll get lost in it. Enjoy.
EKG dropped this gem a little while ago. I'll be honest, I had no idea that it was even in the works, but it's great to hear from them again. Their last drop, You Gotta Say, was dope, and as it turns out, it was actually a leak from Laugh It Off. I said it then, I'll say it again, I like where EKG is going with their sound. Kake and Anti-Freeze are really doing things, so watch out for more from EKG. Enjoy, and if you like what you hear, check them out on facebook and twitter.
It's a real video kind of day, seeing as this is the 4th one today, but it's totally worth it. Otis, first good leak from WTT, gets some great visuals to go along with it. No more explanation need. One question though, I wonder how much the custom will go for at auction. Enjoy
It's been a while since we've heard from DJ Fergie Ferg, but he's back with a dope mix up. This one is a mash of Drake vocals with some great melodies from Hidden Cat. Overall, a dope mix, that I just want to sit back and relax too. Enjoy.
After his EP release of Dear Friends, Vol III got great reviews, I figured it would only be fair to share with you Sol's latest project. This is a little video for his dope track This Shit, off that EP, and this entire video was shot on 8mm film. That being said, it of course has a retro feel to it, but it really seems to grab the summer feel, and fits it nicely into a 3 minute video. If you haven't, check out Dear Friends, Vol III, and enjoy.
Awesome video. I'm pretty sure this is my favorite type of video. It's just a pieced together (extremely well if I do say so myself) set of clips of the guys in Audiodax putting on a show mixed with the guys having some fun. Don't ask me why, but I just like these videos. My favorite part in this video is where the guys are trying to give high fives (and a fist bump) to random strangers as they walk down the street. Anyway, great video for a great track off their recent album, Pop Rocks. Enjoy.
So good. This whole tape is so dope. I said it last time, but G-Eazy keeps impressing me, and The Endless Summer really blew me away. It kept the 60's feel that G-Eazy was going for throughout, and the production was unreal. All my respect goes to him, because his ability to spit over perfectly self produced beats is spectacular. Anyway, I sound like I'm hyping this one up too much, so just take a listen and enjoy.
All I Could Do - G-Eazy ft. Skizzy Mars & Devon Baldwin
Here it is, BBNR!'s latest release, their Villains EP. This is hot. I am officially a big fan of BBNR! after this one. The whole EP has a real heavy feeling, splashed with some rough flow, and then peppered with some dark guitar riffs. It really reminds me a lot of older Kyle Lucas. Overall, Villains has a wicked sound, and is a great release from Business Boys who Never Rest (ha! see what I did there?). Enjoy.
He's back. After a little hiatus from music, Olu is back with another dope track. He goes over the Donald Trump beat, and absolutely wrecks it. Olu is probably one of my favorite artists in the game right now, purely because his flow is so consistent, and his sound is so smooth. If you didn't know him before, you should know him now. Enjoy.
Now this is how you get my attention. I got sent this track from Jazz earlier today, and I was genuinely blown away. Jazz Cartier is a 17 year old artist based out of Toronto, so he's another dope young Canadian on his grind. This track is so well done. Everything from the subtle piano melodies peppered throughout, to how fluid Jazz's flow is. It's a leak off his upcoming album, Losing Elizabeth, which from the sounds of this joint, will be sick. Awesome track from this new comer to the game, so I will definitely be on the watch for more from him. Enjoy.
The boys are back with another amazing mash. Just when I thought I had heard enough of ANY mix with Adele, The White Panda tries their hand and mixes it up with some Levels. Once again, they manage to make a completely refreshing original song. Mashers, take note. Enjoy.
The king of europop is back, and this time it's another banger. David Guetta grabs Breezy for the hook, grabs Weezy for a verse, and then throws down some crazy catchy electro beat. Club hit for sure. Enjoy.
I'm a day late on this one, so I'm sorry for that. J. Cole dropped another mini (it's only 3 tracks) mixtape, to apologize for not releasing his pre-album mixtape. I've said it before, but any new Cole is great Cole. Enjoy.
I am impressed with G-Eazy more and more with each release. This new track, off his upcoming (as in tomorrow) mixtape, The Endless Summer, keeps with the whole 60's feel that G-Eazy has been going for. The track/video is a great little story about a girl, Sue, who is running around with other guys, and cheating on poor G-Eazy. A great track (with an amazing hook from Greg Banks if I do say so myself) that's paired with an equally great video. Enjoy, and get excited for The Endless Summer.
So sick. Upper West are making a real big name for themselves. Each and every track they release is absolutely mint, and this one is no different. So catchy, so smooth, and it just has a real upbeat feel to it. Plus, they grab a HUGE feature from the rising star, Skizzy Mars. Overall, a dope track.
Dream Big - Upper West ft. Skizzy Mars
**PLUS**
Another track from Upper West that they released at the same times as Dream Big. This one is equally as catchy, and just as dope. Seriously, if you didn't know Upper West, you need to know their name now. Enjoy.
That's right ladies and gentlemen, BBNR! dropped another little leak off their upcoming project, Villains EP, and it is dope. Villains is (clearly) the title track from the EP, and honestly, I have huge hopes for this one. This track has a little bit of a dark, ominous feel to it, but it's still done extremely well so that track isn't dragged down. Mark your calenders for August 9th, and get excited for BBNR!'s Villains EP. Enjoy the new track.
Love this. C3K sent this joint my way yesterday, and I was hooked right away. I knew these guys were going to start doing things. This joint is AP Bop's first single off their upcoming mixtape, Whine & Cheese, which is dropping sometime later this month. They grabbed the beat from the track Blessed Base from the artist formally known as Mochi Beats ("formally" because he left the music game to find god). I always loved this beat, and C3K and C3J absolutely wreck it. Plus, with a great friend of HotLeaks, MattyFee (From GCS) on the hook, you have a real banger. Enjoy it, because I know I did.
I'm actually impressed. This one was hyped like crazy, and I honestly thought that it was going to be the same old Breezy. I couldn't help but download it, purely because it was so hyped. This is not the same old Chris Brown, he's new, fresh, and actually kills some of these tracks. PLUS, Justin Bieber jumps on a track and raps, and it's actually not even bad. Overall, I was extremely surprised with this mixtape, so don't just pass it over because it's Chris Brown. Enjoy.
Ladies Love Me - Chris Brown ft. Justin Bieber
Freaky I'm Iz - Chris Brown ft. Kevin McCall, Diesel & Swizz Beats
Crazy - Chris Brown
Spend It All - Chris Brown ft. Se7en & Kevin McCall
This is mint. Some brand new Hendersin. It's been a minute since I've heard any new tracks from Hendersin on his own, because he's be doing a ton of dope features. This is a single off his upcoming project, I F.L.Y. which from the sounds of it, is going to be sick. Wherever I Go has an dope hook, with some amazingly smooth flow from Hendersin. This track honestly has to be one of my favorites from Hendersin now. Enjoy the new joint, then get excited for I F.L.Y.
Great new track from the true pioneer of the college rap. Asher Roth has definitely tried to move away from the college rap scene, and has actually succeeded in making his mark in the hip hop community, but this track is a real throwback to his "I Love College" days. Really smooth, but an upbeat feel to it as well. Perfect track to prepare for a Friday night. Enjoy it.
This tape exceeded all my expectations. It's not even that I had low expectations, because honestly, they were already pretty high, purely because every track that New Linen leaked was so good. I expected that Merp Nation would be good, but in the back of my mind, I was worried that they had released all their good tracks. I'm SO glad that I was wrong. Overall, Merp Nation is a consistently good mixtape, because I'm really having a hard time finding a track that I DON'T like. If you have slept on these guys up to this point, wake up, and check them out. Here are a couple of my favs. Check them out, then go download the whole tape. Enjoy.
So sick. This one leaked a little while ago, but I figured I would wait until the CDQ dropped, so here it is. So tough, but really, would you expect anything less from Yelawolf and Lil Jon? The last couple tracks from Yela, I wasn't a huge fan of, but I'm really feeling this one. Check it out.
I'm at a loss for words. In case you didn't know, country is a huge guilty pleasure of mine, so I may or may not love me a little Taylor Swift every now and then. When a friend of mine posted this on facebook, I was blown away. Sweet little Taylor, gives an acoustic cover of Lose Yourself by Eminem.... wow. She also does another little cover, but I really don't care about that. Just check it out.
Julius Myth is back with a dope track (HA! see what I did there?). This one is his first single off his upcoming mixtape, Day of the Deadbeats, which is set to drop on August 16th. Seriously, if you don't know Myth's name yet, you should, because he's really been flying under the radar for a lot of people, and he's about to take off. I think this new mixtape is really going to put him on the map, so get familiar. Enjoy. No DL link yet, and we might have to wait until Day of the Deadbeats drops.
So sick. This is Timeflies' first official single off their highly anticipated mixtape, The Scotch Tape, and it's a banger. Stunner is actually one of the few tracks that they teased in their Scotch Teaser. Rob puts together an extremely catchy beat, and Cal kills his flow like always. The guys in Timeflies are probably a couple of my favorite artists right now, purely because both are so consistently great. Anyway, listen to the great new single, then get excited for The Scotch Tape.
Hot video for an equally hot track. I know everyone knows The White Panda at this point, so no need to explain them. Another great mashup, this time they mix Kesha with some Coyote Kisses, and then pair it with a video that suits it perfectly. First part of the video is a rockin yacht party, and second part is some GREAT concert footage. Overall, dope. Enjoy.
Another fresh face to the game. Deon Chase is another Boston native looking to make his mark in the game. Deon is a real youngin on his grind (he's not even 17 yet!), and has been putting out music since his freshman year of high school. He's actually opening up for a HotLeaks fav, Moufy on the 22nd of August. This track has a real cool feel about it, and sounds like it could be a hit. Anyway, enjoy the track from new comer, Deon Chase.
