We Don't - Zion I ft. Grouch & Eligh
Zion I teams up with Grouch and Eligh for a sick new track off his upcoming album Shadow Boxing, and he decided to release it for free. No complaints from this guy. Enjoy.
Thrift Shop - Macklemore & Ryan Lewis ft. Wanz
This is absolutely golden. The extraordinary duo of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis have put together, once again, an extremely amazing track. Now if I were to compare this to one of their previous tracks, I would say that it reminds me a bit of And We Danced. It's not quite as goofy, but it's definitely a track that shouldn't be taken too seriously. That being said, this is truly a fantastic track, and I can see being on my iTunes rotation for a long time. Enjoy.
Second Grade - Olu
Some fresh Olu for your Wednesday night listening pleasure. This is a perfect chilled out track that is just filled with that classic Olu flow that we have all come to love. I'm pretty sure Olu is one of those artists who really can't make a bad track. It seems like every single track that he releases, no matter how much he changes up his style, is straight gold. Enjoy the new drop.
Nothing's Gonna Change (Video) - Sam Lachow & Raz
It's been a minute since Sam Lachow dropped his Avenue Music mixtape, but I can tell you that it was well worth the wait. Nothing's Gonna Change is a joint with a great message, and filled with a sound that is just dripping with neighborhood-soul (I'm not even sure if that's a legit description, but it fits perfectly somehow). This one is actually the first drop off Sam and Raz's upcoming EP 5 Good Reasons, which is dropping September 17th so be on the watch. Enjoy it.
You Are Not Alone (Album) - Kinetics & One Love
Wow. Just plain wow. This album is truly a wonder to behold. Now to tell you the truth, I'm kind of a tight ass when it comes to money, but I really couldn't pass up buying this one. I have been a huge fan of Kinetics & One Love since first hearing their track Sign Language back in '10, so to see how much they've grown and matured as artists is almost surreal. One Love's production has really developed and has become something that's both great and distinguishable, and Kinetics' flow has blossomed into something that is truly magnificent. There is not a single track on this album that is not enjoyable. Plus, if you weren't sold on this album already, maybe the fact that it's filled with dope features from artists like Accent, Termanology, Nitty Scott and Wynter Gordon, will hook you. I can guarantee you will enjoy every second of You Are Not Alone, so go cop it on iTunes, and support these great artists.
