Outta Control - Trey Palms

After a brief hiatus from the game, my man Trey Palms is back, and just like old times, he absolutely kills it. I will say that I'm still upset that he doesn't send his new drops directly to me and I always have to find it through some other blog, but I guess I can get over than that because his music is always so great. Outta Control is a drop, from what I can gather, off his upcoming project Can't Hardly Wait, which he's dropping within the next few months. This track is probably the hardest I've heard Trey spit in a while, and over this sick beat, it comes out fantastic. He yet again proves why he is one of my favorite artists around. Don't miss out on this one.

High For This (Prod. by Xaphoon Jones) - Ellie Goulding

Pretty sure I died and am in heaven right now. The always unreal Ellie Goulding decided to give us her own take on The Weeknd's High For This. To make things even better, she recruited the extremely talented Xaphoon Jones to put his own spin on the beat, and it came out fantastic. This track is truly gorgeous. It's the kind of track that the second you press play, you never want it to end. You can't not enjoy this one.

Stone Cold Recipe Freestyle - XV

Vizzy is back, and he shows us that no matter how long he is gone from the game, we should never forget his name. Vizzy is on point as always with this one. Filled with great flow and a tight beat, Stone Cold Freestyle Recipe is not one you'll want to miss.

Surfs Up! - The Freshmen

Now I'll be honest, I really don't know that much about The Freshmen, but what I do know is that I am definitely interested in where they are going. I got an email earlier today with this track in it, and since pressing play, I've had it on repeat. Their sound reminds me a bit of Ground Up, mixed with a bit more of a California feel good vibe, which is pretty dope if you ask me. I will definitely be on the watch for more from these guys. Enjoy this one.

Silk Pillow - Childish Gambino ft. Beck

I'm honestly not sure how to take this one. Gambino decided to team up with somebody completely unexpected, Beck, and create a brand new track. The reason I'm kind of on the fence with this one has nothing to do with Gambino, because he is absolutely on point, it's just the spoken word rap from Beck that makes me a bit shaky. Although the more I listen, the more I enjoy, so it may just be a thing of time. Anyway, check this one out.

No Church In The Wild (Video) - Kayne West & Jay-Z ft. Frank Ocean

No real explanation needed on this one, because you know what you're going to get.

SkyDreams - Johnny Astro ft. Biggie Smallz

My man Johnny Astro is back again with another drop off his upcoming mixtape, #TheWorldEnds, and once again, he decided to switch up his style a little bit. He lays off the elctro infused beat a bit, and gives this one more of a grounded feel, which is pretty dope if you ask me. Not that I don't like his other stuff, it's just great to see an artist be diverse like this. I will say that this is probably one of my favorite tracks that Johnny has dropped, so it is not one you will want to miss out on. Enjoy.

Girlfriend - IanJ

I think I've heard enough remixes of Bieber's "Boyfriend", but when I saw that IanJ decided to give it spin, I had to check it out. This is the first remix that I've heard that actually remixes the hook as well, which actually turned out pretty dope. Enjoy this one.

Imma Do Me - Kyle Bent x J.L

Here's a great new track from a fresh face to HotLeaks, Kyle Bent. Kyle is an up and comer based out of Randolph, Massachusetts, and I can honestly see big things coming for him. What I want to know is how I managed to sleep on him, because he's got some serious skill and already has a pretty solid fan base. Oh, and did I mention that he's only FOURTEEN? Yeah, that's right. Be on the watch for more from Kyle Bent.

See Youth (Usher vs. Santigold) - The Hood Internet

Spotted this over on The K, and I just couldn't pass up a new track from the guys who were the first to get me into the mashup scene, The Hood Internet. They blend Usher's joint Lemme See with Santigold's Disparate Youth absolutely gorgeously. Yes, I know what you're thinking, how the hell do those tracks go together? To be honest, I still have no idea, but The Hood Internet manage to make it sound as though this is the original track, so it is definitely not one you'll want to miss.

God of Joy (Video) - ANTHM

This right here is awesome. This is the track that first turned me onto ANTHM when I heard it on PnP a while ago, and since then I have been hooked. He just finally decided to drop some new visuals for this gem, and you definitely won't hear me complaining. Enjoy.

Work Out Mix Volume 1 - Sex Ray Vision

I have always refused to post these sort of mega mixes, but I guess I have finally broken down. I never did it for any particular reason, I just never had time to really sit down and listen to 31 minute long mixes. Well today, it was sunny out so I decided to go for a run. While updating my playlist, I noticed that I had been sent this mix from SRV, and I thought to myself "hey, why the hell not?". So I tossed it on the iPod and I was on my way. Honestly, it lives up to it's name, because it really is a great work out mix. So, if you plan on being active and need something to listen to, here you go.

Slow It Down - CJ Trillo

CJ Trillo (formerly known as Sucka Free CJ) is back with a new track, and it's just as smooth as ever. I think CJ is really under-rated as an artist in the game because he doesn't really get the kind of hype that he deserves. Every track he drops is enjoyable, plain an simple, and if you can do that as consistently as CJ does, you must be doing something right as an artist. Anyway, enjoy this new one.

Halfway To Nowhere (Album) - Marc Goone

The day has finally arrived. My man Marc Goone has finally dropped his highly anticipated album, Halfway To Nowehere, and let me tell you, it lives up to and then passes every expectation I had for it. In case you have been sleeping under a rock, Marc Goone is a fantastic up and coming artist based out of St. Louis, MO, and has been on the grind for some time now. I can honestly say that I have been a fan for a while (since just before he dropped Grapefruit Starship), but this year, I have truly come to appreciate his skills and versatility as an artist. I've really heard him grow and mature his sound, all while maintaining that completely original vibe that separated him from the crowd in the first place, which is dope. Halfway to Nowhere is an amazing display of just that, Goone's originality, growth, and skill as an artist. The long-necked brontosaurus has been working on it for quite some time, and it really is a labor of love. Every single track on this album is lyrically magnificent, and you can tell that a lot of thought and emotion was poured into each one. I have a feeling that this album will really help push Marc Goone into the spotlight, because it truly is a showcase of his skill. One thing I didn't like though, is that I had a hard time picking the tracks I wanted to post because I honestly could not find a single one that I didn't enjoy. But, here are some of the best of the best for your listening pleasure. Enjoy this one, and if you're not already, you should definitely get familiar with Marc Goone now, because he has officially become one of my top artists.

Hello - Marc Goone

Frat Rap - Marc Goone

Halfway To Nowhere - Marc Goone

I'm Going - Marc Goone ft. O.V.

Download: Halfway To Nowhere

**BONUS**
As I was putting the final touches on this post, Marc sent me this brand new video to accompany the album, so enjoy it.

Tellaheaux Goodbye - Chamillionaire

This is a major flashback to my jr. high / high school days, back when Chamillionaire was king. Here's a brand new freestyle from him over 2 Chains / Drake's No Lie instrumentals, and he actually kills it. I am genuinely impressed, so definitely check this one out.

Rolls - Olu

So tight. Olu is back again, and this time he has brought a sick new, almost trippy, vibe. I'm am honestly on the edge of my seat waiting for him to drop his new mixtape, Cover Letters, so every track he releases gets me even more anxious. If you don't know his name, you should really get familiar, because I can see Olu taking over the game. Enjoy this one.

Hip Hop Hipsters / The Chronicles of a Yung Tomato / Sprinting on a Treadmill - Marc Goone

Hip Hop Hipster

See what happens when I take a day off? I decided to go play soccer last night, you know, get my ass of the couch and do something active, and I went and missed 3 of Marc Goone's daily drops. No idea how ONE day off meant I missed THREE daily drops, but whatever. The first release was Hip Hop Hipsters, where Goone decides to go hard on Moosh & Twist's Hold It Down. He spits straight fire about something I see way too often, hip hop hipsters.

The Chronicles of a Yung Tomato

The next he dropped was his own spin on Logic's Tic Tac Toe beat. Just as expected, Goone is fantastic on this one. One of the highlights: "Just cuz you got a Jon Kilmer video, that don't mean you know how to rhyme". Golden.

Sprinting on a Treadmill

The latest release was one I was a little worried about. Not that I didn't think Goone could handle the beat from OnCue's Feel Tall, it's just that I am such a big fan of the original, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to listen to it objectively. But, Goone went and destroyed any sort of doubt I had, because he actually did a really good job with this one. He once again proved how versatile of an artist he can be. Halfway to Nowhere coming soon, so get excited.

So Good (Timeflies Tuesday) - Timeflies

Tuesday just passed, and you know what that means: Timeflies Tuesday! Finally back from months of touring, Rob and Cal are feeling good, and ready to start working on some new music. To reflect their good feeling, Rob creates an amazing mix of B.o.B's So Good, and Cal spits straight fire. Fantastic as always, so enjoy it.

Not Another Dancing Song - The Two Friends

A few weeks after their amazing original track SolitaireThe Two Friends are back again with a great new mashup, reminding us why we got hooked in the first place. This time they blend together Robyn, Bengali and Avicii to create a track with a great smooth feeling. Once again, not one you will want to miss out on. I have said it before, but seriously, watch out for The Two Friends because they are going to go places.

Bounce (Funk Remix) - Chris Webby ft. SwizZz & Dizzy Wright

Webby has always been pretty touch and go with me. Sometimes his tracks are sick (like Bowser), but then other times he's just meh. This is one of those times that he's on point. Maybe it's because I already enjoyed the original, or maybe it's because the "funk" in the remix is that same sort of vibe he had on Bowser. Either way, this is sick. Plus the features from SwizZz and Dizzy and pretty tight, so enjoy this one.

With or Without You (Remix) - Clinton Sparks vs. U2

Clinton Sparks has been on fire lately with his tracks. For this week's release he decided to put together an unreal mix of U2's classic, With or Without You. The more and more I hear from Clinton Sparks, the more and more I am becoming a fan, so definitely be on the watch for more.

Big Easy - Brando ft. G-Eazy

I am digging this one. What first got me interested was the feature from G-Eazy, so I felt like I needed to check it out just for that. After pressing play, I was impressed with this fresh face to HotLeaks, Brando. His flow reminds me a bit of Ground Up, which isn't a bad thing at all. This is off his album The Snoball Effect, which is available on iTunes. I can say that I will definitely be on the watch for more from Brando after hearing this, so enjoy it.

or Buy on Bandcamp

Gooneflies Tuesday - Marc Goone

Another quick gem from my man Marc Goone. This is his second in a series of daily drops that he's putting together every day until Halfway To Nowhere drops on Monday, and this time he decided to go in on one of Timeflies' most popular Timeflies Tuesday tracks, Under The Sea. My question though is how many nicknames do you think Goone has for himself? So far the count is at 3, just from these drops. Anyway, enjoy it, and get excited for Halfway To Nowhere.

War Is My Love - Kendrick Lamar

Even though it may be a shameless promo for the upcoming Ghost Recon game, this new track from Kendrick Lamar is actually pretty sick. It kind of reminds of when B.o.B dropped his New York, New York track as a promo for Crysis 2, and just like that one, War Is My Love actually turned out pretty dope. Enjoy it.

Let's Go (Cash Cash Remix) - Calvin Harris ft. Ne-Yo

Now this is a remix. It may not be Friday, but thanks to this mix from Cash Cash, it sure as hell feels like it. A perfect track to add to that rager playlist.

Around My Way (Freedom Ain't Free) - Lupe Fiasco

And he's back. Lupe is back to that sound that we all know and love. Around My Way has the same vibe as we were used to hearing on both The Cool and Food & Liquor, which is appropriate because it's actually a drop off Food & Liquor 2. Enjoy.

Breathe Lollipops - DJ Massakerr

Now this is sick right here. I'll admit that I've been sleeping on DJ Massakerr for a little while now, but when I got an email with this new track in it, I had to check it out. He decided to take Weezy's Lollipop and then mash it with one of the very few Skrillex tracks I enjoy, Breathe, and it came out sick. I will definitely be on the watch for more from DJ Massakerr now.

Monday, May 21, 2012

Underdog - Hendersin

Once again a fantastic new drop from Hendersin, but that's to be expected at this point. It is dripping with that classic Henny feel that Hendersin has managed to create, and it really gets me excited for Henny In Ya System. What is causing me to be slightly upset though is that this was originally a FNT exclusive and not a HotLeaks one, but I guess I can get over that. Anyway, enjoy it and be on the watch for Henny In Ya System.

No Interruption (Remix) - Marc Goone

My man Marc Goone dropped a sick little remix to Hoodie Allen's No Interruption, and I can honestly say that he killed it. This joint is actually the first in a series of daily drops that Goone is releasing everyday until Halfway To Nowhere drops next Monday. Each drop will be a remix of a "blog rapper's" track, and from the sounds of this (and what I already know about Marc Goone), the rest of them are going to be sick, so be on the watch. Halfway To Nowhere, dropping May 28th.

Be Good or Be Careful - Sol

Once again, Sol manages to put together an unreal track. What sucks though is that this may be some of the last we hear from Sol for a little while. Be Good or Be Careful is a drop off his upcoming P.S. EP, which is actually the last thing he is dropping before touring the world for 9 months. It's definitely going to be an unreal experience for him, and I wish him all the good possible. Downside is that we wont hear from him for a while. BUT, I'm not going to think about that right now and I'm just going enjoy this fantastic new track, and so should you.

:) :/ :( (Mixtape) - Cam Meekins

This is impressive. Cam Meekins has finally dropped his new free album " :) :/ :( ", and it is not one to miss out on. This is easily his best project to date in my opinion. It really shows off how much he has really grown as an artist. Ever since first hearing him over on freshoncampus with his track Ridin High, and then with his mixtape Day Off,  I have heard him truly mature into his sound and become something great. :) :/ :) is a testament to just that.  Oh, and before you ask, I still have no idea how to say the title of this, so I'm glad that I just have to type it. Anyway, this is one you will definitely enjoy.

Gone - Cam Meekins

Everything I'm Not - Cam Meekins

I'm Confessin - Cam Meekins

Download: :) :/ :)

King Midus - Beau Young Prince

My man BYP decided to put together this brand new track, and as always, it turns out golden. All puns aside, this track really is sick. King Midus is a fantastic chilled out track from YP, and it is honestly probably one of my favorites from him as of late. His flow matches up perfectly with this beat from XXYYXX and it is not one you'll want to miss, so enjoy it.

Sunday, May 20, 2012

Outside - Asher Roth

A brand new drop from Asher Roth for your listening pleasure. On this one, he decided to give it a really chilled out and summer vibe, and it came off fantastic. Enjoy.

She's A Pro - Clinton Sparks

I missed out on this new ish from Clinton Sparks last week so here it is. This time he decided to put together a completely original track with a sample of My Best Friend's Girl, and he absolutely killed it. Clinton really knows how to make a catchy track. Enjoy.

Wednesday, May 16, 2012

We Ain't Them - Childish Gambino

Brand new D-Money off his upcoming project. If you caught him on the live broadcast of The Switch back in April, then you probably heard him debut this one, and you have probably been waiting anxiously for the official track to drop like I have. Anyway, the day has finally arrived and it does not disappoint. This is the Gambino I love. Quick smart lines over a tight beat. Don't miss out on this one.

Same Damn Time (Timeflies Tuesday) - Timeflies

It's that time of the week again. Time for your weekly dose of Timeflies Tuesday, and this week Rob and Cal put their own spin of Future's track of the same name, and as always they kill it. I really don't think I need to explain much more about this one, but I will say that Rob really blew me away with this track by playing 3 instruments at once, all while mixing the track live. Impressive. Anyway, enjoy.

Free Style - Mazon

Here's a brand new track from my man Mazon. Some sick flow over a wicked beat as always. Plus it has some fantastic quotes from Will Smith, and you really can't go wrong there. My only complaint: it's too short. I was left wanting more when it ended. Other than that, a great track. Enjoy.

Officially Heartless - Leia Sadiku

I love this girl. In case you've missed out, Leia Sadiku is a fantastic artist based out of Greensboro, HC, and she has that kind of gorgeous voice that you just can't help but enjoy. This is actually the first song she ever wrote, and she just finally put together a a little video for it for her mom on mother's day. Here's a fantastic track from a fantastic artist, so enjoy it.

Tuesday, May 15, 2012

Polaris - ANTHM ft. Blu

I would just like to say that I think ANTHM is extremely under rated as an artist. He doesn't get the kind of hype that he deserves, so if you weren't familiar before, it's time to wake up. This amazing new joint is off ANTHM's upcoming mixtape Joy & Pain, which is dropping sometime in June, so be on the watch for that. He actually also said that this was one of his favorite tracks that he has ever put together, and while listening you can actually hear that in his flow. Polaris has an amazing sample, unreal flow and lyrical ability from ANTHM, and a sick feature from Blu. Not a track you will want to miss out on. Enjoy it.

Do I See Color (Big Gigantic Remix) - Adventure Club

I'll be the first to tell you that I am not huge into the electronic scene. Yes, I know a few artists and I pick up a few tracks here and there, but I honestly wont pretend that I knew the original version track before hearing it on the Coke commercial. Now that the truth has been exposed, I will say that Big Gigantic created a gorgeous remix to Adventure Club's track Do I See Color, and he absolutely killed it. Enjoy this one.

Right Back At It (Video) - Ground Up

Some fresh visuals from Ground Up for your viewing pleasure. This one is off of their latest tape The Get Up, and they actually shot it all on 4/20 when they were in Amsterdam. That being said, you can probably guess what this video is all about. Enjoy this one.

The Weigh In (EP) - DMX

Yeah. That's right. A new DMX mixtape. Whose going to be the next to drop a new project? Geto Boys? I wish. But anyway, after hearing DMX team up with MGK back in February, my hopes were pretty high for this new project, so I was pumped when it dropped. I will say that I wasn't overly impressed with the final project though. Don't get me wrong though, because it's still pretty sick overall, but it just wasn't the huge comeback project I was expecting. Still definitely worth a download, so don't miss out on it. If you loved that old DMX sound, he really manages to tap into it with some of these tracks, so enjoy it.

Where My Dogs At - DMX

Last Hope - DMX

Download: The Weigh In

This Is Love - Will.i.am ft. Eva Simons

This right here is going to be huge. I can see it be remixed by everyone soon. Yes, I know what you're thinking, but Will.i.am actually put together a pretty good track. Plus it helps that he is backed up by the powerful vocals of Eva Simons. Anyway, enjoy this one.

We In This Bitch 1.5 - DJ Drama ft. Future & Drake

This is hot shit right here. I'll be straight, I clearly missed out on version 1.0, but I don't even want to hear it after hearing this one. DJ Drama teams up with Future and Drake and actually puts together an unreal track. It really reminds me of those dope tracks that I would download from Biggy Jiggy Mixtapes back when I was first getting into rap / hip-hop, and let me tell you there is nothing wrong with that. Enjoy this one.

In The Corner (Video) - Dylan Owen ft. Kinetics

This amazing track from Dylan Owen's latest mixtape, Keep Your Friends Close, finally gets the great visual treatment it deserves. In The Corner featuring Kinetics was actually one of my favorite tracks off Dylan's tape, so when I heard it was getting a video, I got pumped. Also on a side note, this gem was actually shot by Jon Kilmer Studios, and to be honest with you, this is probably my favorite video from him, so props to him there. Anyway, enjoy the video.

Dream Catcher (Mixtape) - Beau Young Prince

And here it is. Beau Young Prince's "re-introduction to the world as an artist", and it comes in the form of his brand new mini-mixtape, Dream Catcher. I have been a fan of BYP for some time now, so no real re-introduction was needed for me, but for those who have been sleeping, it's time to wake up. Overall, a solid 6 tracks from YP that you won't want to miss. Enjoy.

Salty Air (Remix) - Beau Young Prince

Just Another Day - Beau Young Prince ft. Huey Mack

Tapada World (Henny Mix) - Hendersin

Posner's new joint is the latest to receive the Henny Mix treatment. My man Hendersin decided to drop a couple of verses on Mike Posner's latest track, and you can probably already guess how it turned out: sick as always. Henny In Ya System coming soon, so get excited.

Totally Recalled (D.veloped Vocal Edit) - Flosstradamus

Now I loved this track when Flosstradamus dropped it back in January, but I can honestly say that I always thought it was missing something. D.veloped manages to give it just that little bit of something, and it came out absolutely fantastic. This is not a banger you will want to miss out on, so enjoy it.

Thrill Of It (Video) - Crossover Kidz

The Crossover Kidz are back, and this time it's with a band new video for their joint Thrill Of It, which is off their last album, "Grow Up, Kidz". A great track now has a great video to accompany it. And be on the watch for more from their upcoming acoustic project Stripped Down. Enjoy.

Patience (Mixtape) - I.O.U.

I.O.U. is back with their brand new mixtape Patience. After teasing us with the dope track Milk, Honey & Solid Gold back in March, I've been waiting patiently (see what I did there?) for this tape to drop. Let me say, it was well worth the wait. In case you've been sleeping up until now, I.O.U. consists of Izee & Buck, two boys from New Jersey, and they have been making music since their freshman year back in 2010. Since dropping their two mixtapes B.O.M.Bs and Love.Great.Humans.. (both of them can be downloaded here), I have honestly heard them really grow as artists. I am excited to see where these guys go, so watch out. Enjoy the new sounds.

Rule The World - I.O.U.

Nothing Back (Video) - Huey Mack ft. Scolla & Mike Stud

Probably one of my favorite tracks off Huey Mack's mixtpae A Boy Named Hue gets some visuals to accompany it. I'll be straight, there's nothing really special about this one, just live show and tour footage pieced together. Not that there is anything wrong with that, because it still makes a really enjoyable video.

Marilyn (Video) - G-Eazy ft. Dominique LeJeune

I have always loved when a video tells a story, and G-Eazy manages to do that magnificently with this great video for his recent joint Marilyn. I really feel like I don't have to say much more about this because you should all know the name G-Eazy by now, so you know you're going to get greatness, so enjoy it.

On Fire - Luke Christopher

Some brand new Luke Christopher, and just like every single one of his other tracks, it came out fantastic. It's been a minute since we've heard a new joint from the talented Mr. Christopher, seeing as his last drop was his video for Pretend Were In Love off his amazing mixtape, Building Skies, back in February. I will say that it took me a second to really get into it, but after that, I was hooked. Definitely not a track you'll want to miss out on. Enjoy it.

Chasing Pavements (Video) - Machine Gun Kelly

As big as Machine Gun Kelly gets, he will always be just a simple boy with big dreams from Cleveland at heart., and this video shows us that. This is probably one of my favorite tracks off his Rage Pack mixtape that he dropped when he signed with Bad Boy back in October, so I was pumped when I saw that he put together some visuals. There's nothing flashy about this video, so no concert shots, no fancy cars, no Waka Flocka or Steve-O, just MGK spilling his soul. Enjoy this one.

Obedear - Cam Meekins

Hot new track from Cam Meekins off his upcoming album, :) :/ :(, which is dropping on May 21st. This is actually probably my favorite track from Cam in a while because it really shows off his maturity and growth as an artist. His flow is tight, his lyrical ability is on point, and his beat is just haunting. This track, as well as Cut Me Off from back in February, are really testaments to how far Cam Meekins has come with his sound. Overall, this is a great track you wont want to miss out on. Enjoy, and be on the watch for :) :/ :(.

We All Try (Remix) - Hendersin

My man Hendersin dropped a new mix of Frank Ocean's We All Try, and let me say, he absolutely killed it. He proved yet again why he is one of my favorite artists in the game right now. After hearing this one, as well as his last couple (Open Book and Take What's Mine), I have a feeling Henny In Ya System is going to be unreal. Not that I didn't already think that, but this track just reinforced my thoughts. I think if you can put together an amazing mix of a Frank Ocean track like this, it really shows how great of an artist you are. Anyway, enjoy this one, and if you didn't know his name before, it's time to jump on to #TeamHenny.

Payphone - IanJ ft. Steve Mast

The last we heard from IanJ was back in March with his great track Young Dreamers, and since then, we've been waiting anxiously to hear something new. Here's the latest gem, and it definitely delivers. IanJ is really proving why he's an artist to watch out for. Enjoy this one.

The SkyWalkers - Johnny Astro

My man Johnny Astro dropped a new track over the weekend, and I just finally got a chance to give it a good listen today, and let me say, I am impressed. The SkyWalkers had me hooked right away with a great clip from Good Will Hunting, but then after that, it was the fantastic beat and the great flow from Johnny Astro that kept me listening. Overall a wicked track that you won't want to miss out on. Enjoy this one.

Rich Kid (Video) - OnCue

One of my favorite tracks of the last little while gets a great video to go with it. In case you missed the track when it dropped, it has amazing lyricism and flow from OnCue, and it's paired with gorgeous beat created by both CJ Luzi and Brenton Duvall. The track is all about the game as well as Cuey's grind. A fantastic track, from a fantastic artist, now has a great video to go with it. Enjoy.

Bittersweet Donald - The White Panda

The White Panda have started releasing full lengths off their amazing mixtape Bambooyah! and I couldn't be happier. Their latest drop is probably one of the most popular off the tape, their mash of The Verve and Mac Miller, and it is not one you will want to miss. Enjoy.

On To The Real World (Mixtape) - Truth Himself

The day has finally arrived. Truth Himself's brand new mixtape On To The Real World has finally dropped, and it is every bit as fantastic as I thought it would be. I've already said it countless times now, but Truth Himself is an amazing story teller, and this mixtape is a true testament to that. I honestly can't find a single track that I really don't enjoy, because every single joint is unreal. I have a feeling that this tape will really give Truth Himself the exposure that he deserves. Anyway, as always, here are a few of my favorite tracks (which were pretty hard to pick because all of them were so good), so check them out, then go cop the whole tape.

Take Me Down - Truth Himself ft Dominoe Ch'Yea

We're Family- Truth Himself

Far Off In The Distance - Truth Himself

Feels So Good - Over 21

Over 21 is back with a brand new joint. Following with the same sort of vibe that we heard on Want It All back in March, Feels So Good is still filled with tight flow, but it's paired with a beat that is a bit heavier than the one on Want It All. It's actually off their upcoming EP, Born To Win, which is dropping 5.21.12, so be on the watch. Enjoy.

Lost In The World (Video) - Kanye West ft. Bon Iver

One of my favorite tracks off of one my favorite albums, Lost In The World off Kanye's MBDTF, has finally received a visual treatment 2 years later. I really don't think I need to explain this any furthur because you know what you're getting into, so just check it out.

Pretty Language (3LAU Edit) - Porter Robinson vs Carly Rae Jepsen

3LAU has finally dropped the official DL for this gem, and he did so in celebration of raising $500 for his Pencils Of Promise campaign. No more explanation is really needed, because you know this track is dope. I've also included 3LAU's other track, Back To New, which is the one he put together for the charity. He is actually matching dollar for dollar all the money that is raised in the purchase of that track, so definitely check that out. Enjoy the new ish.

Nows The Time - Olu ft. The Submarines

How did this not make the cut for P3? This is Olu's latest track, and it's actually an unreleased joint that was going to be on his unreal mixtape, P3 (which was easily one of the best mixtapes of 2011). It's got that same feel that a lot of the tracks on P3 had, so you can tell that Olu put it together around the same time, and to be honest, that's not a bad thing at all. A really sick track that proves, yet again, why Olu is one to watch in this game. Anyway, enjoy the great new joint.

A New Glass - KA5UM

My man KA5UM is back again with a sick new banger. Once again, he manages to put together an amazing track that is perfect for any rager. This time he blends 3 mixes of Back To New (The original, 3LAU's and Paris Burns'), Feel So Close from Calvin Harris, Raise Your Glass from PINK, and finally sprinkling in some  Ladi Dadi from Steve Aoki & Wynter Gordon. I have said it before, but this kid is seriously going places, so be on the watch for him. I can also tell you that I will continue to post his stuff, because he absolutely kills every track he drops. Anyway, enjoy the new banger.

Not A Day Goes By - Brother Ali

Some new ish from Brother Ali for your listening pleasure. This is actually probably the hardest track that I've heard from him in a long while, and that's saying something for Brother Ali, so it is definitely not one you will want to miss out on. Enjoy.

Empire State Of Time (Timeflies Tuesday) - Timeflies

It's that time of the week again. The boys are back with another Timeflies Tuesday, and as always, they kill it. No more real explanation is needed, because I know you're going to check it out, so enjoy.

Spring - Fortune Family ft. Upper West & Melody Noel

Another fantastic track for your Tuesday night. This time we are blessed with a fantastic team up of Fortune Family and Upper West, with an unreal hook from Melody Noel. I always thought that these guys would sound great together, so to see a track like this, I was extremely pumped. A thoroughly enjoyable track that you will not want to miss out on. Plus it's got a spring-like (see what I did there?) vibe to it, so it's perfect for this time of the year. Enjoy.

Obvious - D.Worthy

New drop off D.Worthy's upcoming mixtape, Anticipation, which is dropping later this week. This new track paired with his last track, Crew Love, this mixtape is shaping up to be pretty sick. Plus, he also released the track listing (look up), so I am really pumped now. Enjoy.

Solitaire - The Two Friends

Alright, so The Two Friends dropped the teaser for this one a few weeks back, and since then, I have honesty been on the edge of my seat waiting. I don't normally get excited after hearing teasers, but something about this one was different. Over the last couple weeks, I have been building up this amazing image of what I thought the full version of Solitaire was going to be, so when it finally dropped today, I was worried. I had time to think about the amazing track that it was going to be, so I was worried that it wasn't going to live up to my expectations. But let me tell you, my worries were completely misplaced. Solitaire is absolutely magical and even more enjoyable than I thought it was going to be. A truly unreal track from The Two Friends. After hearing this, I really think that these guys should start doing some more original tracks like this. Anyway, I feel like I am rambling on, so just check out this fantastic new track and enjoy it.

The Christening - CJ Trillo

It's been a minute since we've heard from CJ Trillo (aka Sucka Free CJ), but he's back with a new drop off his upcoming mixtape. It's actually one of a couple bonus tracks that he plans on putting on the mixtape releasing July 11th, and if the rest of the tape sounds anything like this, I will be all over it. A real chill track with great flow and lyricism that you won't want to miss. And in case you been sleeping on CJ Trillo, it's time to wake up, because I can really see him going places. Enjoy.
