Wake Up - Shelton Harris

I am honestly impressed. Macklemore posted this joint on his facebook earlier today, and I have been listening to it non stop since. Shelton Harris is a new up and comer who's actually out of Seattle as well, and if you're getting a cosign from Macklemore, you must be pretty dope, so I felt almost obligated to check him out (in a good way). After pressing play, I was pretty impressed with his skills behind the mic, both lyrically  and flow-wise. I will definitely be on the lookout for more from this kid, so enjoy this one, and watch out for more from Shelton Harris.

Like Water - Joey Bada$$ & Pro Era ft. Capital STEEZ & CJ Fly

I'll be straight with you guys on this one. I honestly have no idea how I stumbled onto this track. It just showed up in my iTunes when I was adding tracks, and despite my internet history searching, I can't find where I got this from. All I know is that this is a dope track, filled with tons of laid back flow from all the guys. This is definitely one of my favorite tracks that I've heard from Joey Badass. Enjoy.

Do Or Die - Flux Pavilion ft Childish Gambino

Huge collab track from Flux Pavilion & Gambino for your eardrums this doomsday Friday. This actually dropped a couple days ago, but I just finally got a chance to give it a listen, and I am impressed. I didn't think that Flux Pavilion's dub sound would work with Gambino's flow, but it actually does quite well. Check it out.

Swoon (Video) - Timeflies

Since first releasing this track on their One Night EP, it's already had a lyric video, as well as a "Rock Remix", so now it's only appropriate that the boys of Timeflies finally release the official visuals for it. Great video for a great track, so enjoy it.

An American Tragedy (EP) - Ryan Notes

After months of anticipation, Ryan Notes has finally released his highly anticipated EP, An American Tragedy, and it's every bit as good was expected. Since first hearing about Ryan just over a year ago, I've been listening to him really evolve and grow as an artist with each new track he would release. This EP is a fantastic showcase of Ryan's flow and lyrical ability, and if this doesn't turn you into a fan, I don't know wat will. Check this one out for sure.

This is hot right here. A perfect track for your pre-game, courtesy of DJ Bahler. He does a reworking of Kap Slap's track All Of The Nights by twisting the beat a bit, and adding a little Heroes & Villains. Definitely check this one out.

10 Rounds (Video) - Dumbfoundead

One of my favorites from Dumbfoundead's newest album Take The Stares now has a hot set of visuals to go with it. This new video for 10 Rounds is a little odd, but it's definitely intriguing. It's one of those videos that I had no idea what was happening (and still don't), but I was still enthralled from start to finish. If you haven't checked out Take The Stares yet, you need to cop that.

1 Train - A$AP Rocky ft. Kendrick Lamar, Joey Bada$$, Yelawolf, Danny Brown, Action Bronson & Big K.R.I.T.

A$AP Rocky's album Long.Live.A$AP doesn't drop until January, but one of the most anticipated tracks has just been leaked. Rocky grabbed everyone for features, and it turned out dope. This album is going to be sick. Be on the lookout for more leaks over the next couples weeks. Enjoy.

No matter how many times I hear this sample, I still love it. Yonas is the latest to give us his rendition of Ellie's hit track, and as was expected, he absolutely kills it. If you're not a fan of Yonas yet, you really need to jump on. Enjoy this one.

Here's a truly beautiful track that Mike Posner put out in hopes that it could possibly, even in the tiniest bit, help ease the pain of loss. You can see the note he put out with it above. My thoughts still go out to the families of the victims.

Merry Christmas from The White Panda. The guys decided to put together a brand new mash for Christmas, and I can tell you that I'm actually blown away. They take the classic track Wayne & Baby Face track Comfortable, and blend it perfectly with the Christmas classic Angels We Have Heard On High. I know what you're thinking, but this track actually comes out perfect. Seriously, you need to download this one.

No Rhyme Or Reason Vol. 2: Just A Sample (Mixtape) - Hendersin

The day is here. We've been anxiously waiting on this new mixtape from Hendersin for a while now, and now it's finally dropped. No Rhyme Or Reason Vol 2: Just A Sample is an amazing project that is part compilation of many of his previous drops, as well as part new brand new ish. I'm pretty sure that I posted most of the previous drops, and as I said on every single one, they are all great, but it's the new tracks that really shine. Each and every song on this tape is filled with fantastic combinations of lyrical content, flow, and really catchy beats, which are actually the three key ingredients to create a great track. Anyway, definitely don't miss out on this great new tape from Hendersin, and as always, be on the lookout for more from him, because he's always on his grind. Enjoy.

Pay For You - Skizzy Mars ft. G-Eazy

Now this is what I'm talking about. Skizzy Mars has been on his grind for the last little while gaining a huge fan base, but to be honest with you, I've found that his tracks have been a little lacking. Not that they've been bad, it's just they never were quite there for me. This new track, with an amazing feature from everyone's favorite, G-Eazy, hits all the right buttons. Pay For You is a fantastic song that is just filled with fantastic flow from both Skizzy & G-Eazy, and is overall just plain enjoyable. Don't sleep on this gem.

Ode To The Essence (EP) - Beau Young Prince x Leia Sadiku

Ode To The Essence, the new EP from BYP and Leia Sadiku that I just learned about a couple weeks ago, has finally dropped. Now I really don't know what it is, but there is just something amazing about the way BYP's flow works with Leia's vocals. They just sound so good together, and this entire EP is a testament to that. To be honest, this is probably my favorite work from both of these artists in the last little while, so definitely don't miss out on it. Enjoy.
