A new artist here on HotLeaks. Ian Levy is a fresh face out of Rye Brook, NY, and he really has a mentality that every single artist SHOULD have. He raps to express himself, he does hip-hop because it makes him happy, and he actually spits with meaning. It`s fantastic. Ian Levy is a new comer, but I am really excited to hear more from him.
