You Found Me (Kasum Remix) - The Fray

This is fantastic. My man Kasum has taken one of The Fray's all time best tracks, and given it a whole new (and very refreshing) feel. It's hard to believe that he only starting to do remix's a few months ago (his first was Timeflies' I Choose U back in June), because on tracks like this, it really sounds like he's been doing them for years. Once again, don't sleep on this one.

The Lords of Flatbush (Mixtape) - The Underachievers

The Beast Coast is killing it. The Underachievers have finally released their new project, The Lords of Flatbush, and it's every bit as tight as was expected. I'll just let this one speak for itself, so check it out below.

Sweet Serenade - Pusha T ft. Chris Brown

New drop off Pusha T's upcoming project, My Name Is My Name. Don't miss out.

Bottles At The Moon (Video) - Radical Something

They just keep em coming. Radical Something is back with yet another fantastic track, and this one's perfect for those winding down summer days. I can't wait for their new album, Ride It Out. Enjoy it.

Just Last Week - Big K.R.I.T ft Future

The full version has finally dropped. After getting a snippet on KRIT's mixtape back in April, it's great to finally hear the track in its entirety. Enjoy it.

Tomorrow - Sol ft. Shayhan

There's just something entrancing about Sol's sound. It seems like every single track that he releases pulls you in, and then wraps you in its warm embrace. This is the second single off his upcoming EP, Eyes Open, which drops on September 2nd, so be on the lookout for that. Enjoy.

The Real G Money (Video) - Freddie Gibbs

That real gangsta shit is alive and well thanks to Freddie Gibbs. Honestly he absolutely kills it every time he jumps on the track. Check it out.

Unreleased (GTA V Soundtrack) - A$AP Rocky

One of the leaks off GTA V's soundtrack, this one from the always sick A$AP Rocky.

Off The Block (Video) - E-40 ft. Stressmatic & J.Banks

E-40 has been pretty quiet over the last couple years, but I think it's safe to say that he's officially back in the game, and it honestly feels like he never left. Enjoy this one.

Good Something - Trey Palms

Now this is smooth right here. I got word of this new drop from Trey Palms last week, but I just finally got the chance to give it a listen tonight, and I'm hooked. It almost sounds effortless as Trey rolls through this laid back beat. Definitely check this one out.

The Woods - Juicy J ft. Justin Timberlake

New collab track from Juicy J's upcoming Stay Trippy, featuring JT. Do I really need to say more?

Hold On, We're Going Home (Reggae Cover) - Kayo

Some homegrown talent right here. In case you don't recognize the name, Kayo is a fantastic artist originally from St. Lucia, but now based out of my hometown of Halifax, NS. For this one, he's taken Drake's latest, and given it a fantastic chilled out reggae vibe. I can honestly say that I believe this version is better than the original, so do yourself a favor and check it out below.

Spraypaint (Video) - Radical Something

As much as I hate to admit it, summer is slowly starting to come to a close. It's still gorgeous out, and I'm still finding any excuse to hit the beach and have a few, but fall is definitely in the air. That being said, the boys from Radical Something have decided to give us some new summer time vibes to reinvigorate that amazing summer feeling. Check them out above.

Been On - G-Eazy

Wow. When G-Eazy said that he was going to release a new track, I didn't expect that it would be as amazing as this it. Not that I didn't expect a great track, it's just that Been On is on a whole other level. Absolutely effortless flow and haunting beat / hook. I'm addicted to this track. Plus, although the video for this is really simple, it's unbelievably captivating. Anyway, don't let yourself miss out on this one.

Leaving Scraps - The Underachievers

Not exactly what were used to hearing from The Underachievers, but you really can't knock them for trying something a little different. Don't get me wrong, Leaving Scraps still has that classic Beast Coast flow, but its vibe is slightly different than what The UA normally has. Check it out below.

Every Single Day (Video) - OCD: Moosh & Twist

Moosh & Twist really know how to make a track. As always, their flows are tight, the hook is infectious, and the beat manages to showcase both of those perfectly. Don't sleep on this one.

Shooting Star - Collin McLoughlin

Guest Post:
"Chilling vocals on a new track by Collin McLoughlin along with some clean, enjoyable "chillstep". Been relaxing to this on repeat, give it a listen."
- Chase

Missing - B.o.B.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with some new B.o.B, especially when it's as sick as this. Enjoy it.

Scare Me (Video) - Major Lazer ft. Peaches & Timberlee

Terry Crews as Major Lazer? Yes please. Enjoy the highly entertaining visuals.

First Chain - Big Sean ft. Nas & Kid Cudi

New cut off Big Sean's upcoming Hall Of Fame, and this time it features Nas and Kid Cudi, which you really can't go wrong with. Enjoy.

Under Control - Ellie Goulding

There was no way I was going to let you miss a new release from my girl Ellie. Enjoy.

All My Niggas (Video) - E-40 ft. Danny Brown & ScHoolboy Q

Nothing fancy about these visuals. I more of just using them as an excuse to make you check out the track if you haven't yet. Enjoy.

Survival - Eminem ft. Skylar Grey

First off, I want to apologize from not posting anything over the last couple days. But now that I'm back, it's time to get you up to date, in case you're as behind as I am. A couple days ago, Call Of Duty: Ghoests got a new trailer, and it featured a brand new track from Eminem. A few hours later, the track was released in full, and let me just tell you, I'm hooked. Definitely don't sleep on this one like I did.

Americoustic (EP) - Hoodie Allen

After weeks of build up, the day has finally arrived and Hoodie Allen has released his highly anticipated project, Americoustic, and it's every bit as fantastic as was expected. We already got a taste of Two Lips and No Interruption, but the ones you haven't heard  are Cake Boy, High Again, Same As Before, and my favorite: No Faith In Brooklyn. Don't sleep on this one.

*You can download each track individually for free, but if you want the whole project in one go, or you want to support this great artist, cop it on iTunes*

Outta Control - Joell Ortiz

With all the shots that Kendrick fired in Control, you just KNEW that rappers from all over were putting pen to the page and hammering out their responses. Joell Ortiz is the first up, so check it out.

Control - Big Sean ft. Kendrick Lamar & Jay Electronica

No way I was going to let you miss on the new track that features a verse that is already being hailed as one of the year's best. Big Sean does his normal thing on the first verse, but then when Kendrick comes in at about the 3 minute mark, you get blown away. Oh, and Jay Electronica is pretty solid for the final bars as well. Don't sleep on this one.

Ain't No Coming Down (Remix) - Juicy J ft. T.I

I definitely slept on this one. T.I spits a new verse on Juicy J's already classic track, Ain't No Coming Down, and just like all of T.I's remixes, he kills it. Enjoy it.

Land Of Lords (Video) - The Underachievers

The Underachievers hooked up with KidSuper clothing and put together a great new video for their track Land Of Lords, which is off their sick mixtape Indigoism from back in February. Check it out above.

Boulevard Of Broken Dream (Remix) - Kasum

My man Kasum has done it again. Honestly, this is probably one of the best remixes I've heard in a long while. There's just something about it that makes you want to turn it up loud and just enjoy. Seriously, do yourself a favor and check this one out.

Bossin' Up (Remix) - Kid Ink ft. Jeezy & YG

Now this is what I'm talking about. This is how you remix a track. Kid Ink's original is great, but Jeezy and YG take it to a whole other level. Don't sleep on this one.

Burgundy - Earl Sweatshirt

After weeks of teasers, Earl has finally dropped his Pharrel produced track off his upcoming album, Doris. This is impressive to say the least. My hopes are pretty high for Doris now. Enjoy.

Do You Believe Me Pt. 2 - Euro League

It's been a while since we've heard the name Euro League here on HotLeaks, but he's been on his grind, and this latest is a testament to just that. Honestly, I haven't really been following Euro League lately, but I can tell you, after hearing this great track, that I will be paying close attention from this point on. Check it out.

Collard Greens (Video) - ScHoolboy Q ft. Kendrick Lamar

ScHoolboy Q's banger, Collard Greens with Kendrick Lamar, now officially has some visuals to go along with it. As always, ScHoolboy Q keeps you guessing. This one starts out as an acid infused kaleidoscope adventure and then ends as a rapper's summer party. If you haven't yet, cop the track below. Oxymoron coming soon.

We Can't Stop - The Jane Doze

Damn. These girls know exactly how to make a sick bootleg. Now I'm not normally into trap, but after hearing the latest from The Jane Doze, I think I'm really starting to enjoy it. This Miley remix is definitely one you'll want to add to your rager playlist. Enjoy it.

Get Lucky (Remix) - Accent

I still stand by the assertion that Accent is one the the best and most underrated lyricists in the game today. His newest release is actually a remix to Daft Punk's track, but he spits a great story from the point of view of a drug dealer. Definitely not one to miss. Enjoy.

Two Lips (Acoustic) - Hoodie Allen

Here's the newest addition to Hoodie Allen's Americoustic series, and just like the previous release, it is absolutely gorgeous. You can't not enjoy this one.

Live On Dreams - Trey Palms x Raja

My man Trey Palms hooks up with Raja once again (their last collab was the track Move On, which was absolutely sick), and as was expected, it came out fantastic. At this point, it looks like Trey can do no wrong. Check it out below.

Type Of Way (Remix) - PropaneLv

Does PropaneLv ever take a break? It's only been a couple weeks since Letter To The Industry dropped, but Lv is already back at it (killing it, as expected), and has made the promise to drop a brand new remix every Monday until his debut original project, Varsity Blues, finally drops September 30th. Check it out and enjoy.

Higher - Just Blaze & Bauuer ft. Jay-Z

This is actually huge. We got a teaser for this earlier today, but to hear the final product is just too good. This was a pretty sick track when it first dropped back in January, but this Hov splice in just puts it over the top. Seriously, this is not one to miss out on. Let the rager begin.

Beautiful Loser (Album) - KYLE

If you haven't been paying attention to KYLE up until this point, now is definitely the the time to. Beautiful Loser is his debut album and what a way to break onto the scene. I will admit, there are a few tracks that have that Drizzy vibe, but KYLE really still manages to maintain his originality throughout the entire album. Some smooth tracks, and some hard hitting ones, but overall, Beautiful Loser is definitely not one to sleep on. Check it out below.

Heart Of The Titty - Hodgy Beats

Hodgy Beats jumps in on Hov's Heart Of The City beat and does his thing. Check it out below.

Fire (Video) - Big Sean

I have no idea why the video for Big Sean's latest release stars Miley Cyrus, but I guess I can just go with it.

Jailbreak - e-dubble

As I sat around lazily at work today, I found myself studying the calender, and while I was doing that I came to the realization that it's the first Friday of August. And you should all know what that means: a first Friday present from Mr. e-dubble! As expected, a great track, so don't miss out. Enjoy.

Thursday, August 1, 2013

All Me - Drake ft. 2 Chainz & Big Sean

No way I was going to let you miss out on the latest from Drizzy, especially when it features Big Sean and 2 Chainz.

Stylin (Video) - Shad ft. Saukrates

In case you were wondering, this right here is how you do hip hop. Smooth flow, smart and quick lyricism, and a catchy beat and hook. It's actually a pretty simple formula, and Shad managed to do amazing things with it. Honestly, you need to check this one out, because if you don't, you're going to regret missing it. Enjoy.

New Slaves - Angel Haze

I've been honestly listening to this non stop, all day. Angel Haze threw down a couple verses over Kanye's New Slaves, and she absolutely killed it. Do yourself a favor and check this one out.

Cheer Up (Video) - Skizzy Mars

Nothing wrong with some new visuals from Skizzy Mars. Especially when he's the star or it, because Skizzy is one of those elusive artists who's face is rarely seen outside of shows. Anyway, Cheer Up is one of the standouts off his debut project Phases from back in march, so it's great to see a video attached to it. Enjoy, and if you haven't yet, do yourself a favor and check out Phases.
