Hot new visuals from Tayyib Ali. Fresh off his latest mixtape release, Keystone State Of Mind, Tayyib teams up with Jon Kilmer Productions for a wicked video. I really don't have much to say about this one, other than this is a great video, for a sick track, off a dope mixtape. Enjoy it, and if you haven't already, download Keystone State Of Mind.
Wicked new project from the guys in Split Second. I am extremely happy that I gave these guys a second chance. Not that I had a bad experience with Split Second, just when I first listened to one of their tracks, I just skimmed through it, and thought they were just some random electronic group. The tracks on this album are all wicked, rapping is on point, and the production is mint. Split Second is really making a name for themselves in the game, and you should watch out for more to come from these guys. Barely Legal is a must download. Enjoy it.
This is sick. Kid ink is killing it lately. This track is a shoutout to all the artist's hometowns. Kid Ink hails from LA, Red Cafe is from NYC, Killa Kyleon is from Houston, and we all know Machine Gun Kelly is from Cleavland. Dope track all around, but MGK's verse is insane. Enjoy.
Let them haters hate. This track is HILARIOUS. Goone and O.V. kill it. They spit about Lebron & Wade (and even Bosh), and it's actually so funny, and pretty catchy as well. Enjoy.
A couple track for you now. New FlyRydaz tracks. They are back with their normal party feel with these tracks. This one, Young Fly Shit, I'm not a huge fan of the hook, but the beat is sick and the flow is ill. Grab just the track below.
The next track is from Woodz, a member of FlyRydaz. Once again, party track, with a wicked beat, and solid flow. DL link below. Enjoy.
I guess this is an older Wiz track. Released last year, but a CDQ version has finally leaked. I had never heard this one before, but to be honest, not a HUGE fan. Wiz is really commercial on this track, but whatever, some people dig it. Check it.
New track from Young Scolla. Tough track that Scolla released as kind of a teaser for his upcoming project, Seconds Away. This track isn't going to be on Seconds Away (which is going to be released sometime in June), It's more of a sneak peak into to the sound that we can expect. PLUS a feature from a HotLeaks fav, MGK, so can't go wrong there. Enjoy.
It's been a long while since I have heard anything from Absolute Pursuit. Not since their track, Summer Lovin. This new track really shows how much Jimmy Ockford & Dalton Carroll have matured as artists and grown into their sound. A really smooth track, with good flow, and great production. Overall, a really enjoyable song. Be on the watch for more from Absolute Pursuit. Enjoy.
I'm sorry about this one. I downloaded this track a few days ago, loved it, but just never posted it, so I apologize. Awesome track, and a must download for your summer playlist. A joint to just sit back, turn up, and relax to. Since I am officially on summer break, this track is perfect for me. Enjoy it, because I did.
This is dope. Spotted this one over on GMAD, and I thought it was going to be some really rough track. I then read the description, and it said Douchebag was actually a real chill track. From the second I put it on, I was hooked. I have never heard of Skizzy Mars, but honestly after this track, I will be on the watch for anything new from him. Enjoy this track, I know I did.
The Dean's List hits us with visuals for their track No Sleep that they did with Dani Ummel, off their mixtape The Drive In. Really simple video, but thats what makes it work really well. Enjoy
I'm a big fan of Matt Easton. I think he's an underrated artist. His lyrical ability is on point, his production is wicked, and his tracks are all catchy as hell. Matt is out of Illinois, which is pretty cool, because I honestly don't see much come from that area, so to hear someone with this kind of talent, coming from there, really speaks volumes. Anyway, Old Hickory is a really solid mixtape, and has been in the works for a while now. Theres actually tracks on here from back in January, so some serious thought and time has clearly gone into Old Hickory. It has a really rounded feel to it. Heres a couple of my favs, as always.
Drift Away - Matt Easton ft. Wes Powell & Brett O'Conner
M.i is so underrated right now, and I really can't understand why. His latest mixtape, Prep Time, was so wicked, and his project last year, The Jack Johnson Sessions, was unbelievable. I still put it on repeat on a regular basis. Anyway, heres some visuals from him for his sick track, After I'm Gone, off Prep Time. Enjoy, and if you haven't downloaded Prep Time yet, do that now.
I couldn't NOT post this. My girl Nicki drops a video for her track Super Bass, so prepare for this joint to start climbing on the video countdowns. Shes looking golden, like always. A little bit too many shirtless guys, but Nicki really does make up for it. Enjoy it.
Amazing new track from a HotLeaks favorite, e-dubble. This whole track is a heart filled testimonial of his achievements. An incredible track, but really, would you expect anything less from e-dubble? This one will be is available on iTunes soon, so I expect every single one of you to download it. It's only fair, seeing as he blessed us with 53 weeks of freestyles/ a mixtape and 2 other free tracks. Help a brother out. Enjoy.
