Yeah, that's right. You read that correctly. No, hell hasn't frozen over, and no, pig are not flying. Ja Rule is back, and let me say, he's still got it. Now, haters can hate, but I have always been a fan of Ja. I think it's because he has a sound that is so distinguishable, and as you all know, I dig that.
